To Him who overcomes I will give to eat from the Tree of Life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God. Rev 2:7

The Tree of Life started in the garden of Eden but ended in a city, the city of Jerusalem.  The Tree of Life is no longer accessible for the individual family, but the corporate Body of Christ, all those who are actively part of the Body of Christ.  Jesus is looking for a place to rest His Head.  (Matt 8:20) The Church in the city is the landing place of Christ.  It is the exhibition of the corporate church on a micro level.  The Church in the city is the life sample of the entire Body of Christ.  Therefore it is necessary for the elders of each city to engage actively in the gates of the city.  When the Church in the City assemble, Jesus finds a resting place.  The government of Christ can then rest upon the shoulders of the Church in the City.  The Tree of Life begins to manifest in such a city.

The Church in the City must be based on Apostle's doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread and prayers.  (Acts 2:42).  The gathering must be the "culture" of the elders and not an event.  The gathering must be strong in Apostle's doctrine (the doctrines of Christ).  The unity of the gathering must not be based on prayer and fellowship, but rather on dialogue around the living Word of God.

The Living Word flowing from such a gathering has enough power to  heal all that is dead.  It is the water that flows from the threshold of the Temple.  The present demand to pastors is to leave their paneled houses and to build the corporate temple (Hag 1:4) - the Church in the city.

We are gathering monthly or as often as possible to make apostolic and prophetic announcements in the city. Our meetings are open for dialogue.
